2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- AUROVA reserves the right to extend processing times during periods of high demand, security verification, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 7–12 business days
- International: 10–18 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated (e.g., free shipping promotions).
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid email address.
- Tracking updates are subject to the carrier’s system and may take time to appear.
6. Delays and External Factors
AUROVA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Customs processing
- Weather conditions
- Carrier-related delays
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
- Force majeure events
No refunds will be issued for delays caused by these circumstances.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
- AUROVA does not guarantee recovery of packages in such cases.
8. Delivered Packages
If the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered:
- AUROVA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
- Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.
9. Damaged or Lost Items
If your item arrives damaged or is not received:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date.
- Proof may be required (e.g., photos, documentation).
AUROVA reserves the right to assess each case and determine the appropriate resolution (replacement or partial/full refund).
10. Order Cancellations
Once an order has been processed, cancellation is not guaranteed, as it may have already entered the shipping process.
